GENERAL FREIGHT
We offer competitive general freight rates for non-express services where we transport (but not limited to) larger freight such as sea containers, building supplies, machinery, vehicles, trailer boats, caravans etc. Our general freight services depart on a regular basis dependant on our customer needs and time schedule.
We have the capacity to schedule full semi-trailers to roadtrain movements and utilise equipment as necessary to meet our customers and third parties’ requirements.
We can also accommodate oversize freight as we are a fully compliant operator within the WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation and have permits ready for oversize travel. We regularly transport oversize freight for our existing customers such as machinery and swimming pools and look forward to discussing your oversize transport needs.
All our operators have the required industry experience and or training in load restraint and safe operating procedures.
We have at our disposal a range of lifting equipment including forklifts and telehandlers available across our depots within the Gascoyne region and at our Perth Depot. Telehandlers are suitable for all terrain loading and unloading. We can coordinate larger lifts due to our strong working relationships with other local providers within the logistics industry.
With a multitude of equipment available we can ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight.
HOTSHOT SERVICE – We can provide a hotshot service upon request for time sensitive freight. This service ensures a dedicated vehicle is utilized to meet our customers deadline.
We at Gascoyne Haulage promote a safe workplace and will not allow or expect our drivers to operate outside the fatigue guidelines as per industry standards.
